I am a Kent based therapist and specialise in drawing on techniques from different types of therapy to tailor the approach specifically for you. I build trusting relationships and consider you as an individual and your circumstance. I will use elements of different approaches to help you explore and enhance your ability to make your own decisions, whilst gaining al-round knowledge of what is being presented to help you develop positive changes and to support your own organic growth and change in mindset.

I found a channel for my own difficulties and mental health at an early age and into my adult years playing Rugby to semi pro level. In 2011 I qualified as a Rugby coach and have first-hand experience and clinical understanding of striving for authenticity in the toughest of sport which developed my key mental skills of self control, concentration, discipline, decision making and leadership.

I am an effective Integrative Counsellor who works Therapeutically as a Psychodynamic and Person Centred Counsellor, who is also trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Whilst my Psychoanalysis can support deeper rooted past problems as far back as childhood and my Person Centred is very much in the here and now, my CBT practice offers a flexible therapy that works in the present to help you to take back control of your thoughts, feelings and beliefs and enables you to improve your mental wellbeing to manage and regulate your emotions.
Therapy sessions focus on supporting you through a self-exploration and a self-awareness journey, along with a psychoeducation to enable your own personal discovery in promoting a positive mental wellbeing. We do this through identifying problems, negative activated thoughts, physical sensations and ultimately behaviours which, can keep your emotions and feelings in the same negative and unhelpful cycle.
I promise to be there to support you every step of your therapeutic journey. My goal is to help you to a pure-mind, where you can start to manage your mental wellbeing from moment to moment, day to day with strategies on restructuring and taking control of your thoughts, feelings and emotions rather than allowing them to control you.
