My view of James must be similar to a person’s view of the surgeon who saved their life. I began therapy with James from a self-made hell. Early on in the sessions, I remember telling him that I had everything I needed to get out, but I was lost, and needed a map. James took me methodically through my thoughts and emotions, to my one core belief that was at the root of the behaviours that were ruining my life. I worked with James for one year and was then able to navigate my life map with the skills and strategies we had worked on together. These changes from therapy are so deeply integrated into my thinking, and so my life, which has now been transformed. Thank you James!
